2025 Camp Skymeadow Trading Post Deposit and Camp Care Kit Form

Deposits need to be made by 9 pm on registration day, in order to be spent at Trading Post that week.

THIS FORM IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR OVERNIGHT CAMP, IN WHICH ONLY GIRLS ATTEND. Cash, checks, credit cards, Girl Scout Bucks, and Program Rewards Certificates will be accepted at Troop Camp, Family Camp, and Service Unit events.

You can now elect to have her Girl Scout Bucks or Indie Girl Scout Program Rewards deposited for her overnight camp session! Tell us how much to put on hold and it will be ready for her to spend at the trading post! Any unused balance will be returned to her account. (If unsure of your balance, please call 800-248-3355 to find out.)

You can now elect to pay for her trading post deposit in advance! When you pay with a credit or debit card, it will be charged to your account now and held for her overnight camp session. Once her session is completed, any unused balance over $1 will be credited back to your card.

Camp Skymeadow Camp Care Kit$35.00

(The picture is just an example of what might be inside - a $55 value) You will get something to cuddle, something to capture memories, something fun for nighttime, something most often forgotten, something fun to share, and something useful for camp and after. If you purchase the camp care kit up to 10 days prior to your camper's first day, the kit will be at the registration table. If you purchase it later or at registration, the kit will be awaiting your camper's visit to the Trading Post. She will also be able to shop during her stay as there will be much more in person.

One sheet of alphabet stickers, one sheet of camp themed stickers, a 3.3 foot string of battery operated fairy lights (batteries included), and a set of 4 s'more temporary tattoos to share with your new camp friends!
